The CondorAlarme is the central element of the electronic monitoring solution, which in itself allows the reception of the events of the main alarm panels of the market. The portal also has management functionality that allows the control of access of the clients to the reports, being able to block / unblock. The highlight of this edition will be Condor Software, composed of 4 fully integrated modules (CondorAlarme, CondorCFTV, CondorMaps and CondorWeb), with functions necessary for an excellent monitoring service.

The CondorAlarme is the central element of the electronic monitoring solution, which in itself allows the reception of the events of the main alarm panels of the market. CondorWeb, integrated with CondorAlarme, has a portal on www.monitoramento24h.net.br/suaempresa that enables the company to publish the clients’ events on the internet. The portal also has management functionality that allows the control of access of the clients to the reports, being able to block / unblock. CondorCFTV, integrated with CondorAlarme, allows the visualization of the images of the customers’ CCTV systems. The preview can be activated manually or automatically from an event received in the CondorAlarme. CondorAlarme automatically manages the reception of the events, enabling the visualization of the images of the clients when they exist. It allows the visualization and recording of the images of up to 5 simultaneous clients, allowing the operator greater control in the peak times. The action of the access to the images is automatically recorded in the report of occurrence of the CondorAlarme allowing the best tracking of the procedures performed. The CondorCFTV automatically accesses the main equipment of the market (cameras and DVRs), being constantly updated.

The CondorMaps, integrated to the CondorAlarme, allows the visualization of each client in the Google map, whose GPS coordinate is calculated by the CondorAlarme through the register of the address of each client. In addition to the identification on the map, there is visual color-coded recognition of customer status as: armed, disarming, not monitored by arming and disarming, and event under treatment. CondorMaps is a useful tool for general location visualization of all your clients, helping the operator to optimize the sending of scouts.

EXPOSEC | International Security Fair completes 20 years in 2017 and is among the world’s major security trade fairs. Organized by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (ABESE), the annual meeting reaches its 20^th edition, from May 23 to 25, at the São Paulo Expo in São Paulo and brings Exhibitors and visitors opportunities to learn about news, trends and close good deals in the most important security event in Latin America.

“EXPOSEC is currently the largest technological showcase in the segment”, comments the Commercial Director of Cipa Fiera Milano, Rimantas Sipas. The forecast for this year, according to the executive’s estimate, is to bring together public of 42 thousand people and 800 exhibiting brands. “What has been seen over the years has been the consolidation of EXPOSEC as the main business generating center for the segment and meeting point of professionals from all over the country,” says the executive.

“We closed 2016 with more than 26 thousand companies of electronic security systems installed throughout Brazil; The sector grew 5%, but that does not mean that it was an easy year. It was more difficult to close deals and most companies had to rethink their management models to be able to move on. We started 2017 still in the face of the uncertainty of the Brazilian economic scenario; There is the great importance of EXPOSEC, as a privileged space to foment business for the sector, helping to glimpse new paths for those who need to review strategies and stimulate the growth of those who are well in the market” comments Selma Migliori, President of the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (ABESE).

Since its inauguration in 1997, the degree of demand and sophistication for services and products offered at the fair has only advanced. “The whole universe of electronic security has developed a lot in recent years, in line with the modernization of communication and information technologies,” adds Rimantas.

EXPOSEC 20 YEARS OF SUCCESS: HOW IT ALL BEGUN

The story began with the emergence of ABESE in 1995 when entrepreneurs in the electronic security systems sector felt the need to act together, creating an entity that, representing the interests of many, would have more power to promote the development of the sector with consistency. Among the initiatives was to create an exhibition where companies could exchange experiences and do business. This was how EXPOSEC was held, with Cipa Fiera Milano, responsible for organizing the event. The partnership emerged as a way to stimulate the development of the industry, optimizing the results of EXPOSEC and the exhibitors throughout the year.

The first EXPOSEC was held in 1997. The premiere was attended by 86 companies, many of whom remain to this day as exhibitors of the fair: Protege group, Intelbras, JFL Alarmes, PPA, Prosegur, among other long-standing partners.

“At that time, we wanted to create a technological demonstration stage so that visitors to the fair, companies that provide electronic security services, could get to know the latest news, the latest technologies that could be applied, so that products could be brought to the final consumer with increasing quality and safety. I believe that our goal was largely achieved; The fair continued to develop in this direction, thus generating a large financial volume in business. I think this has been EXPOSEC’s great contribution to the electronic security sector and to society,” adds Selma Migliori.

In the last 20 years the event has grown, consolidated partnerships and gained international proportions, becoming the most important security trade show in Latin America. If in the first edition were 86 exhibitors, today the event brings no less than 800 exhibiting brands and gathers highly qualified public of 42 thousand professionals in the area.

In 2017 EXPOSEC will celebrate its achievements and important partnerships established over these two decades. “We have made every effort to ensure that the event has positive results. The partnerships help us foster initiatives and extend to associations, trade unions, entities, specialized publications and, of course, the exhibitors who accompany us on this successful journey”, concludes Rimantas.

ABESE intends to invite more representatives of public power to the fair, so that they better understand the singularities of the segment, contributing to the evolution of the regulatory and standardization processes. Another focus of the Association is to expand its activities in the area of technical training within the fair, that is, to offer visitors courses during the event, in partnership with SENAI and SEBRAE. “We want Exposec to become increasingly attractive and, in addition to fostering great business, it can also fulfill the role of being a moment for the training of professionals in this market.”

Due to the 20 years of EXPOSEC, ABESE will present in its booth this year a tribute to the memory of the electronic security market, symbolized in an exhibition on the historical evolution of video surveillance cameras. This will be one of the honors to this special date.

Complete business platform for the security sector at EXPOSEC | International Security Fair will be held from May 23 to 25, 2017, at the São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo. The fair is one of the most important in the electronic security sector, bringing together the main players of the industry in a single event that is the scene of discussions, lectures and demonstrations of the most modern technologies of the segment, directing what will be available to private and public powers with regards to trends in monitoring and perimeter centers, closed circuits, access control, fire detection, security locks, industrial intelligence, electronic and residential security, identification and surveillance systems, transport of securities and transport vehicles, armored vehicles and weapons, among others.
