A pioneer in the market, the Tracker Group will launch a 100% solar-powered truck tracking system during Exposec 2024, which takes place between June 4th and 6th at Expo São Paulo. The company, which is the largest in the country in vehicle location and recovery, will present the product and other technologies in real time.
The Tracker Carreta Solar solution combines GPS Tracker technology with solar power. “The tracker provides greater efficiency and autonomy in positioning and also allows you to identify whether the trailer is full or empty, through intelligent sensors integrated with the Tracker solution,” says the Marketing and Sales Director, Ana Claudia Blanco Cardoso, who adds: “Solar panels are essential for the planet's sustainability, converting solar energy into clean and renewable electricity. They reduce dependence on batteries powered by fossil fuels, decrease carbon emissions and, in parallel, combat global warming.” The solar panel is installed on the trailer's roof, connected to the GPS Tracker solution.
“The product was developed to meet the needs of partners and the market, which keeps trailers uncoupled for long periods, thus allowing the management of the location of these assets,” says the executive. The tracker will be sold to companies and individuals.
And this won't be the only new product from the Tracker Group at the event. The Tracker GPS and radio frequency will also be demonstrated in real time at the stand. “Improving the security and management technologies in our portfolio is a company commitment for 2024.
