The 25th edition of the largest international trade fair in the sector in Latin America takes place at São Paulo Expo, with expectations of receiving more than 51,000 visitors.
São Paulo, June 2024 – The largest Security event in Latin America, Exposec – International Security Fair – opens its 25th edition this Tuesday (4), at 1 pm, at São Paulo Expo (SP). The fair, which runs until Thursday (6), brings together innovations and launches in the sector, highlighting technological evolution as an ally of security systems and equipment.
Organized by Fiera Milano Brasil and held by the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (Abese), Exposec 2024 is expected to attract 800 exhibiting brands and more than 51,000 visitors. all states and 26 countries, With over 35,000 already pre-registered, entry is free, as is transportation provided at the Santos-Imigrantes station on metro line 2 (Green) – Av Ricardo Jafet s/n towards Imigrantes.
The event brings together national and international buyers from across the entire production chain. New solutions in fleet management, remote access control, monitoring systems, security cameras, access controls, and other technologies in products and services are showcased. The fair features new tools available to strengthen networks and expand experiences, offering an environment conducive to business generation and networking.

The main highlight this year will be the embedded AI features, already present in more than half (54%) of all security products manufactured in Brazil, according to the latest Panorama of the Electronic Security Sector, released by Abese.
The expectation for 2024 is that the security sector will grow by 18.51%, driven by the absorption of electronic security solutions in increasingly diverse sectors, such as electronic gate systems for condominiums, body cameras used by police officers, the widespread adoption of facial recognition systems for access control in companies, educational centers, and events, among others. The segment closed 2023 with a revenue of over R$12 billion and an average growth of 13.75%.
A variety of lectures, covering topics such as public safety in Brazil, smarter buildings, and network innovations, will be held during the three-day event. Meanwhile, the Drone Arena will feature demonstrations showcasing the functionalities and security applications of the equipment.
In total, at least 24 segments of the sector will have guaranteed spaces for their respective exhibitors, such as access control, automation, electronic security, identification systems, industrial intelligence, information security, monitoring centers, safes, security doors and locks, surveillance, among others.
