Systemsat highlights solutions in artificial intelligence and integrated management at Exposec 2025.

With 24 years in the market and a consolidated presence not only in Brazil, but also in countries in South America and Europe, Systemsat is participating in Exposec 2025, highlighting its evolution in the tracking and telemetry sector. For Rodrigo Melo, the company's commercial manager, the trade show plays a strategic role in both expanding business and strengthening the brand's institutional presence. "We use Exposec to reinforce our positioning and announce new products. It's an important showcase due to its scale and diverse audience," he states.

Among the main innovations presented this year, Systemsat highlights the integration of artificial intelligence into tracking and security systems. The technology is being applied to features such as video telemetry with facial recognition and new solutions focused on the management of people and vehicles.

“We are moving away from talking only about theft and robbery and starting to talk about management and administration. AI allows for a leap in efficiency in this process, with greater control and decision-making based on real-time data,” explains Melo.

Another focus of the company is on so-called "location tags," used for both security and administrative purposes, allowing the visualization and control of multiple assets and individuals in different operational contexts.

According to the manager, the reception to the new products was positive right from the first day of the event. "We've already had some good deals closed. It was surprising, a volume we didn't expect so soon," he reports.

According to Melo, the market is undergoing a significant transformation. "Before, the focus was on security; today, the demand is shifting towards management," he says. He notes that, especially in the international market, the concept of basic tracking has become outdated.

“In Europe, for example, many vehicles already leave the factory monitored. This completely changes the bar. Offering only tracking is no longer enough. If you don't have a robust management system, you can't compete with major brands that already deliver this integrated from the factory,” he analyzes.

According to him, this paradigm shift requires companies in the sector to evolve their offerings. "What used to be a differentiator is now the bare minimum. If you don't update yourself, you'll swim and swim and die on the shore," he says.

Based on this vision, Systemsat has been investing in a unique platform that encompasses the three main pillars of the market in which it operates: security, management, and logistics. "Our solution is capable of serving companies that need to control fleets, manage assets, or ensure the security of critical operations. All in a single system," he explains.

The company also sees value in being close to its strategic partners during the trade show, such as hardware developers and connectivity providers. “Although Systemsat is responsible for software development, it is these partners who help us deliver the complete solution to the market. Being here is also a space for exchange, where we find new sources of inspiration,” he emphasizes.

For the coming months, the company expects to maintain its growth rate, focusing on solutions that add real value to the customer. "The logistics and management market is still developing. We were able to anticipate this demand and are now reaping the rewards," concludes Melo.
