During Exposec 2025, Inside presented two solutions based on artificial intelligence, keeping up with trends in the electronic security and management sector.
The first is AI Resolve, already available to the company's clients. Integrated into Inside's system, the technology acts as a first level of virtual support, offering automated answers to questions related to the use of the platforms and system functionalities. The AI was trained based on technical manuals and internal documents, simulating the performance of a human agent with a focus on speed and accuracy.
The second innovation is Eu Gestor, still in the conceptual phase and in beta testing. Developed based on its own architecture and without integration with third-party technologies, the AI fully respects the criteria of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and is focused on the strategic analysis of internal information from client companies. The proposal is to assist managers in interpreting operational data to support decisions — such as identifying consumption patterns, unit performance, and recurrence analysis.
“Eu Gestor will allow the company's own data, already stored in the system, to be used to generate valuable insights and business guidance. All this in a secure, private way, without compromising data governance,” explains Débora Garbon, writer at Inside.
With a recurring presence at Exposec for about a decade, Inside reinforces the importance of the fair as a space for networking and prospecting. “It’s an event that connects the entire electronic security chain in Latin America.
