One Portaria showcased a robust solution at Exposec 2025 that combines hardware, software, and, more recently, artificial intelligence (AI). The company is betting on the strategic use of technology to improve the operation of remote gatehouses and make management more efficient.
Richard Rocha, the company's sales manager, highlights that one of the innovations is the integration of AI into the company's BI software. The tool now assists managers in identifying operational bottlenecks that could often go unnoticed in human analysis. "It cross-references data and identifies blind spots in the operation, contributing to more assertive decisions and better use of human resources," he explains.
Furthermore, One Portaria has expanded its portfolio of solutions with the launch of Cortex V6 and new revenue streams for condominiums. The platform includes features such as shopping cart management, water tank control management, and concierge extension. Another highlight is the self-managed concierge model, aimed at companies that want to scale their operations without depending on a central control room.
Participation in Exposec is strategic for One Portaria. “The event is a unique moment for the electronic security sector. Being here allows us to reinforce our brand positioning, strengthen ties with clients and partners, and capture new business, especially in regions where direct contact with integrators is more difficult,” he stated.
He also gave a positive assessment of this year's audience, considering it more segmented and technically focused. "We had a significant number of visitors from the first day, with companies genuinely interested in bringing technology to their regions," he reported.
With a projected growth of 35% by 2025 in the electronic security sector, One Portaria views the current scenario with optimism. "The market is booming, and artificial intelligence has further accelerated this expansion. The outlook is very positive," they concluded.
