Fiera Milano Brasil reveals unprecedented data from Exposec 2025 and paints an optimistic picture for the security sector.

An international stage for strategic decisions, where technology and relationships go hand in hand.

Over three days, more than 58,000 professionals from 40 countries walked the halls of Exposec 2025 – the International Security Technology Fair, held by ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies) and organized by Fiera Milano Brasil, consolidating the event as the main driving force of the security industry in Latin America. With 800 exhibiting brands from 20 countries and a qualified audience – mostly composed of high-level decision-makers – the fair generated opportunities and delivered results: more than 76,000 potential leads were captured, and 681 exhibitors closed deals during the event itself. A global showcase where innovation, networking, and business materialize before your eyes.

“The numbers speak for themselves, but what drives us is the quality of the connections. Exposec 2025 was, without a doubt, a historic edition. We brought together the big names in the sector, boosted launches and, above all, created a favorable environment for strategic decisions to happen there, in real time,” says Maurício Macedo, CEO of Fiera Milano Brasil.

Innovation that begins at the entrance and extends to every meter of the fair.

Upon arrival, visitors were immediately transported to a high-tech atmosphere with the High-Tech Entrance Tunnel—a sensory installation that marked the beginning of the immersive experience. Intelligent lighting, enveloping sound, and a futuristic setting heralded what was to come. There, even before the first handshake, brands like JFL and Johnson Controls presented themselves as part of a vibrant innovation ecosystem.

The experience continued in the Content Arena, which hosted more than 10 hours of strategic programming. Case studies from major companies, trends in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital solutions guided the discussions. “The arena became a point of convergence. It was there that many people understood that the transformation of the sector is not just in the machines, but in the ideas and the encounters,” Macedo emphasizes.

The EXPOSHOW space also attracted attention with over 22 hours of practical demonstrations of the solutions on display, connecting product to real-time performance. Engagement was evident, with visitors staying for extended periods and exhibitors celebrating the generation of qualified leads.

Where conversations turn into deals: business, networking, and human connections.

Exposec 2025 was marked by a rare intensity. The conversations weren't just institutional—they were commercial, direct, and decisive. Almost six out of ten visitors closed deals right there. Nearly 401% of the audience consisted of C-level executives, presidents, and directors with consolidated purchasing power. And 85% of those present reported having direct influence on technology acquisition decisions in their companies.

“It’s a trade fair where people come with the purpose of investing, finding solutions, and forging partnerships. The environment is conducive to that. Many businesses are initiated there and evolve rapidly. This was the case with companies that signed contracts with international players even during the event,” comments Maurício Macedo.

The Top Buyers Program, an initiative that invites visitors from previous editions who are decision-makers for large annual corporate budgets for investments in security technology, reinforced this intense business profile by promoting personalized meetings with exhibitors. The curation of these meetings focused on generating immediate returns and long-term relationships, with a high conversion rate.

An event that considers the future without forgetting the people.

Beyond the volume of business and state-of-the-art technology, Exposec also stood out for its commitment to values that transcend the market. Sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility were at the heart of the operation. The fair adopted reusable 100% modular assembly, eliminated the use of traditional carpets, and prioritized the hiring of people with disabilities for various roles.

“We believe that leading a sector like security also demands responsibility towards the future of the planet and towards people. There is no true innovation without ESG,” emphasizes Macedo.

This attention to detail was reflected in the satisfaction and recommendation rates: 971% of exhibitors and 841% of visitors stated that they would return to the fair and recommend it. Social media, in turn, experienced an explosion in engagement: there were more than 9 million digital impacts and more than 5 million people reached during the campaign.

Exposec 2025 delivered much more than technology. It delivered valuable human relationships, impactful decisions, and the certainty that security, in Brazil and the world, passes through São Paulo. And it already leaves a clear message for 2026: the future of security is built now — with intelligence, vision, and the courage to transform.
