A pioneer in multi-operator connectivity solutions, the technology company presents a White Label ecosystem with virtual agents capable of making sales and providing customer service 24/7.
SÃO PAULO – Consolidated in the Top 3 of the national market for vehicle tracking technology, Voxter concluded its participation in Exposec 2026 registering a historic milestone in its commercial trajectory. In its second consecutive year as an exhibitor in the pavilion, the company surpassed all internal projections by achieving, in the first 24 hours of the event, a volume of new business greater than the entire edition of the previous year combined.
The overwhelming commercial results reflect the maturation of the brand, founded in 2018 in Niterói (RJ) and which today operates as a global technology ecosystem serving the entire national territory and neighboring countries. “On the first day of the fair, we already broke the record of the three days from last year. The last day, which usually has a slower pace in the pavilion, surprised us with a massive influx of visitors, consolidating another record-breaking day,” reveals Thiago Bragança, Director of Communication & Marketing at Voxter.
Pioneering Connectivity to the White Label Ecosystem
Founded as a telecommunications broker, Voxter was the absolute pioneer in introducing Algar's multi-operator solution to the vehicle tracking market. Today, in addition to expanding its global connectivity in partnership with major brands such as Mnify, the company provides hardware infrastructure (trackers and dashcams) and stands out in the supply of robust white-label software.
“We offer cutting-edge technology so that tracking centers can market themselves under their own brands. Our commitment is to ensure that our client's structure is successful behind the scenes,” Bragança points out. For this edition, the brand's major launch focus was the inclusion of Artificial Intelligence layers designed specifically for security operations.
Analytical Intelligence: AI that Predicts Claims and Sells 24/7
Voxter presented three major AI-based innovations at the event. The first is a predictive algorithm integrated into the vehicle tracking platform that analyzes vehicle behavior (routes, stopping times, and traffic history) to generate a risk score from 0 to 100, indicating the statistical probability of that asset being stolen.
The company also introduced a conversational AI assistant to optimize operators' routines within the software and, as a major practical highlight, an integrated customer service system with AI agents trained to work in basic support and sales.
“Artificial intelligence is not meant to replace professions, but to be a facilitator for those who have the necessary skills. Today, the market suffers from poor-quality customer service AIs. We trained ours to solve the basics, which take up a lot of time for small and medium-sized call centers,” explains the Marketing Director. The executive highlights the immediate financial impact of the tool: “Many times, the customer wants to sign up for a plan in the middle of the night, and the company loses the sale because no one is online. Our AI was trained to close the sale 24 hours a day. We allow call centers to grow in scale and revenue without having to inflate their payroll.”.
Passport stamped for Exposec 2027
Using the São Paulo event as the main annual meeting point to bring closer and humanize the "face-to-face" contact with clients from all over the country who usually interact only in the digital environment, Voxter has already secured its contract renewal for the next edition. "Exposec is already a permanent part of our official calendar. It's not enough to just seem big, you have to be big, and our booth reflects exactly the positioning we occupy in the market today. I'm leaving here with the sketches drawn and the commercial planning started to bring an even bigger and more surprising structure to Exposec 2027," concludes Thiago Bragança.
