1. I received my advance credential. Do I need to register on-site?
No. The advance credential allows entry to the event without the need to register again at the accreditation desk.
2. I did not receive my credentials in the mail, what should I do?
If you do not receive your badge by the day of the event, you can pre-register for free on the event website and print your badge at the self-service kiosks available at the entrance to the fair.
3. Can I register at the event venue?
Yes, however, to facilitate your entry, we recommend that you pre-register on the website. This way, you can print your badge using the self-service kiosks located at the entrance to the fair.
4. Are minors allowed entry?
For safety reasons, entry is not permitted for minors under 16 years of age, with the exception of breastfeeding infants up to 1 year old.
5. Can I enter the event wearing a tank top, flip-flops, or shorts?
No. We recommend wearing closed-toe clothing and shoes when visiting the fair.
6. Are students allowed entry?
Yes, students are allowed entry, provided they meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years.
7. How do I get to the event?
Subway / Transfer: For your convenience, we will provide a free shuttle service near the station. Santos-Imigrantes, Line 2–Green of the Metro, From one hour before to one hour after the fair opens.
Taxi: Taxi stands will be available during the fair. From the metro station, you can take a taxi to São Paulo Expo.

8. Does the event have on-site parking?
Yes, the event has parking for over 4,500 vehicles. The official price list is available on the website. www.saopauloexpo.com.br.
9. Do I receive a Certificate of Participation?
No Certificates of Participation will be issued to event attendees.
10. Will there be a luggage storage facility on site?
Yes. The event will have a cloakroom located at the entrance to the fair.
All exhibitors and visitors can use the cloakroom service to store their belongings and move around the fair with ease and comfort.
Value: R$ 40.00 per volume.

The following will be accepted: Bags, backpacks and suitcases.
The following will not be permitted: Wallets and handbags should be kept loose as a security measure.
Opening hours: Available every day, starting 1 hour before the fair opens until the event closes.
