São Paulo – (DINO – July 19, 2018) – Always concerned with offering products with innovative design and high resistance, Nice brings to the market the new Ultra HSC automation system for overhead garage doors.
Developed by the R&D team and launched at the 21st Exposec in São Paulo, the multinational's new product stands out for its copper wire motor, providing greater product durability and 30% higher performance, reaching 85 cycles/hour, ideal for vehicle traffic in condominium access areas, and an opening time of just 4 seconds*.
The new Ultra HSC is part of the Nice Hi-Speed & Cycle product family, designed for high-intensity applications such as condominiums.
The embedded electronic control unit is the CP4010F, a new generation of control units from Nice, with a condominium function that includes features such as electronic braking, photocell closing, soft stop mid-travel, partial opening, and configuration for open-only and close-only pushbuttons. The Ultra HSC also features i-Track technology, developed exclusively by Nice Brazil. With this technology, in addition to simpler programming thanks to automatic path learning, the control unit automatically monitors and corrects any path variations caused by natural gate wear and temperature variations, resulting in very low maintenance.
Another major innovation patented by the company is the Agile line of actuators, which allows for a full 90° gate opening and enables installation in locations with low ceilings, as the actuator does not exceed the height of the gate. The product is available in versions with the Agile-S actuator for gates up to 2.5m high and the Agile-M actuator for gates up to 3 meters high, and can be installed on gates weighing up to 350 kg. This new Nice product is already on the market and can be purchased from your trusted Nice distributor.
