Ensuring the safety of customers and patients remains a challenge for the hospitality sector. Hotels, shopping centers, parks, and also hospitals and clinics are seeking solutions to guarantee the safety of their clientele. But the problem persists.
So much so that for the next three years, the main bets of industries, distributors and service providers in Electronic Security, according to a survey by ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), in the face of the violence scenario, are: the use of security applications on mobile devices (94% of companies in the sector), cloud platform for integration of hardware and software systems (84%), home automation integrated with the alarm system (81%), IoT (80%), self-monitoring services (64%), artificial intelligence (63%), remote gate access (60%), applied intelligence systems for behavior analysis (55%) and audio monitoring (27%).
To discuss this issue and seek viable solutions, the 22nd Exposec – International Security Fair, The organization, in partnership with ABESE, is holding the II ESS Congress – Safety in Hospitality, which takes place between May 21st and 23rd of this year.
Topics to be discussed include “Security in Hospitality in Educational Institutions”, “Taking Hospital Security to Higher Levels”, “Institutional Integration for Security in the Surroundings of Enterprises”, “International Trends in Hospitality Security”, and “Special Situation Management: Contingency Plan and Crisis Management after Initial Response”, in addition to the presentation of “Statistics from the Security Sector in Shopping Centers”.
