Came presents customer autonomy solutions at Exposec.

An Italian company, a world leader in automation products, will bring to the fair security technology that brings the customer closer to the product through an app.

São Paulo, March 2019 – With over 40 years in the global market, Came has concentrated all its Mercosur distribution operations in Brazil since 2017. The leader in automation products is now betting on the country to invest in a platform capable of giving users more autonomy. The launch of Came Connect will be at... Exposec – International Security Fair, which will take place between May 21st and 23rd at São Paulo Expo.

To develop its products, Came invests approximately 10 million euros annually in research worldwide. The new investment in Brazil, Came Connect, creates customer interactivity with its product through a smartphone app. Operators of gates, turnstiles, barriers, retractable bollards, or parking space reservation systems will be able to monitor and control the products remotely.

“Our technology makes it possible to authorize someone's entry, even when not physically present, without needing an intermediary. We always think about the safety of our clients. Knowing who is at the gate, or if their child is home alone, is very important for a parent, for example,” explains Marco Barbosa, director of Came do Brasil.

Other company products utilize Came Connect technology to expand efficiency. The BXV and BKV gate automation lines offer greater savings and improved performance, and can even function during a blackout. Furthermore, they feature self-diagnostics: through the app, they anticipate any malfunctions and notify the owner of potential maintenance or repair needs.

Developing security technologies and increasing customer interactivity with the product are not the only pillars of the company. According to Barbosa, it is necessary to showcase the products that arrive here. “Came do Brasil always participates in Exposec and has high expectations for the event, as it is the main moment for us to present our new products to the market. Much more than closing deals, the Fair is the main showcase for new partners to learn about the solutions that Came is bringing to the country,” he explains.

Promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), Exposec grows stronger with each edition. In 2018, the fair attracted 45,000 professionals from the sector, compared to 42,000 the previous year. The expectation for the 22nd edition is for an even larger audience, bringing together innovations from more than 800 brands in 40,000 square meters of exhibition space.
