With the goal of identifying and promoting innovative businesses in Brazil's electronic security sector, the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (Abese) announces the creation of a new development hub. The Abese Startup Committee will be composed of companies representing innovative, disruptive, and scalable business models.
Among the requirements to participate, the startup must already have a structured product or service, even if it needs adjustments. Abese offers some important benefits to participants, such as interaction with mature companies in the market, institutional support, and space at the Fair. EXPOSEC of 2018, which will take place in May.
According to Abese's president, Selma Migliori, the creation of the new Committee represents another important step for the association to benefit the market and its member companies. “We have been working to structure this core group since last year and have arrived at a unique model, which we consider very interesting. The Committee provides a series of benefits, most notably the Abese Startup Island, which we will set up at EXPOSEC. A fantastic opportunity for the companies that are selected,” emphasizes Selma.
