Between June 10th and 12th, 2025, São Paulo Expo will host the 26th edition of Exposec | International Security Technology Fair, the leading event in the sector in Latin America. Organized by ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies) and Fiera Milano Brasil, the fair returns with a new positioning that highlights the convergence between security, technology, and connectivity.
Bringing together more than 800 exhibiting brands, both national and international, the fair expects to attract around 55,000 qualified professionals from the sector. The fair will showcase innovations in electronic, public, corporate, property, private and personal security, as well as new strategic sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Connectivity and IT/Telecom, areas with strong connections and activity within the security sector.
This expansion reflects the evolution of the security sector, which, according to the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (ABESE), recorded revenues exceeding R$ 12 billion in 2023, with a projected growth of 18.5% for 2024. The presence of advanced technologies, such as AI, is already a reality, being present in 54% of security products manufactured in Brazil.
NEW CONTENT ARENA
This year's edition arrives with new features that reinforce Exposec's role as a showcase for the main trends and launches in the sector, and one of these new features is the new Exposec Content Arena, For the first time, the fair will have an area dedicated to lectures, panels with experts, and keynote speakers, focusing on technologies and trends in electronic, public, and private security. The program includes topics such as public security, macroeconomic perspectives and trends, the future of security, the benefits of AI embedded in security solutions, and cloud security and platforms. The event is free and promises to be a place for professionals in the field to update their knowledge and network.
The presence of the following has already been confirmed: Secretary of Public Security of the State of São Paulo, Guilherme Derrite, Secretary of Public Security of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Sandro Caron, and Secretary of Economic Development of the City of São Paulo, Rodrigo Goulart.
In addition to the Content Arena, the event brings back the Exposhow – Exhibitor Presentations – an area for real-time presentations of innovative products and solutions; and the Security Podcast – live coverage with interviews and analysis of the event's main themes.
The repositioning, reinforced by the new name "International Security Technology Fair," marks an important step in Exposec's trajectory, which keeps pace with digital transformation and the advancement of technologies integrated into protection, monitoring, and risk prevention systems.
