EXPOSEC, the leading international security technology trade show in Latin America, will hold its 2026 edition from June 1st to 3rd at São Paulo Expo, solidifying its position as the sector's main meeting point and a strategic platform for business generation, innovation, and networking.
For this year, the expectation is to gather around 58,000 qualified professionals, with the participation of more than 800 exhibiting brands and visitors from more than 40 countries, maintaining a highly strategic profile, with a strong presence of decision-makers and purchasing influencers.

According to data from the Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies (ABESE), the organizer of the fair, the market generates approximately... In 2026, EXPOSEC reaches its 27th edition with a clear objective: to provide an even more strategic experience for business owners in the sector, visitors, and exhibitors, in a move that solidifies the private security market, which has evolved significantly in recent years, and paves the way for its next growth cycles. It is worth emphasizing that the 2026 edition takes place at a strategic moment for the segment, marked by the advancement of the regulation of the Private Security Statute (Law No. 14.967/2024), which should redefine standards and practices in the market.
“If last year we celebrated ABESE’s 30-year history looking back at all the work done in the past, now we are focused on the future and the new era of security in Brazil, which involves new technologies, new laws, greater professionalization, new technical and legal responsibilities, greater market organization, and new standards compatible with the current complexity of electronic security,” adds the president of ABESE.

The evolution of the sector is marked by the integration between physical and digital security, with strong advancements in technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and data analytics.
According to data from the ABESE Panorama 2024/2025, the use of artificial intelligence in the sector jumped from From 54% to 64.3% in just one year., highlighting a transformation already underway.
“The market has ceased to be segmented and has become an integrated and proactive ecosystem. Today, systems use artificial intelligence to identify risks in real time, automate responses, and anticipate threats, requiring new skills and a systemic view of security,” says Selma.
