The largest international security trade fair in Latin America reaffirms the strength of a sector that grows by an average of 15% per year.
São Paulo, June 19, 2023 – The 24th Exposec, which ended this Thursday (15), at São Paulo Expo, was marked by the massive attendance of the public from the sector interested in learning about security solutions and technological innovations. In an edition that already started historic by expanding its exhibition area in 20%, the success of the public, with more than 51 thousand visitors, consolidated the relevance of this edition by exceeding the public of the previous year by more than 10%. A result that symbolizes the strength of a sector that projects a growth of 19% for this year, according to ABESE – Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies.
Organized by Fiera Milano Brasil in partnership with ABESE, the event, which brought together more than 800 exhibiting brands, is the largest international security trade fair in Latin America and a stage for the launch of the sector's main innovations.
According to Maurício Macedo, CEO of Fiera Milano Brasil, the fair lives up to its reputation as a meeting point for the sector: “Exposec has been demonstrating that it is truly a very relevant fair, an event for which companies reserve their launches and which attracts a very qualified audience. There is, in fact, a lot of business generated. That is why, every year, we have a great renewal rate and several companies wanting to expand their spaces for the next edition.”.
Macedo reveals that the fair's growth and improvement plans are always under development. He adds that these plans include attracting more cybersecurity companies and increasing the number of international exhibitors. Migliori also highlights the positive feedback they have received from members, congratulating them on the structure set up and the interest the attractions generated. Positive Technology, one of the largest companies in the sector, in choosing Exposec to announce its new business unit to the market, the PositiveSEG, focused on automation and electronic security in the B2B segment.
