With Intelbras Cloud, users of Android and iOS systems can quickly view camera images without needing to configure their router.
Intelbras, a leader in CCTV in Latin America* and among the top 10 global manufacturers of DVRs, will be showcasing a solution at Exposec 2016 – the International Security Fair – the leading security trade show in Latin America, designed to simplify the configuration of CCTV systems. The free service, called Intelbras Cloud, allows users to access camera footage via a QR code.
In a quick and easy way, the tool enables complete management of images from recorders, allowing users to monitor homes or commercial establishments via smartphones, tablets, or through the internet or local network. The product eliminates the need for router configuration and also allows the user to view up to 16 cameras simultaneously and preview up to 256.
Smartphone access is provided by iSIC 6, Intelbras' own app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, which integrates with the CCTV system. With the app installed, as soon as the user scans the QR code on the DVR or NVR, the system will direct them to the location where the images are stored.
“With new technologies, users no longer need to rely on complex and even difficult-to-configure processes. Main releases
Intelbras celebrated its 40th anniversary in March 2016 and, the following month, celebrated the sale of 1 million DVRs. One of the reasons for this excellent result was the fact that the company was a pioneer and the main driver of the migration from low-resolution analog to high resolution with the launch of HD cameras transmitting via coaxial cable, a technology that was very well received in the CCTV market.
The company's main novelty at the fair is the evolution of its recorders. From now on, all Intelbras DVRs accept 1080p (Full HD) cameras, migrating the technology to even higher resolutions. The next challenge is to migrate the market to IP technology. It is worth noting that some of its new releases already have features such as NVR mode, which are moving towards this new reality.
The company's major launch to be presented at Exposec is the second-generation 1000 series tri-hybrid digital video recorder, with four, eight, or sixteen video channels and compatible with HDCVI, analog, and IP technologies. The equipment displays images in 1080p and records in 1080N, in addition to offering NVR mode, which transforms all analog channels into IP. This new generation is an evolution of the already well-known 1000 series, which previously only supported cameras with resolutions up to 720p.
Attendees will also be able to see the HDCVI 3132M, a tri-hybrid video recorder from the 3000 series, which has 32 channels and is compatible with HDCVI, analog, and IP technologies. The product can support up to four hard drives, has 16 alarm inputs and six outputs, and offers 1080p (Full HD) image recording. In addition, it features an autosense function with analog technology that easily identifies whether the camera is analog or HDCVI.
