Property security gains new technologies at Exposec.

After a surprising first day, the Came do Brasil believes that the results of participating in Exposec 2022, which ends this Thursday (9) at São Paulo Expo, will exceed expectations in terms of audience and contacts for future business. The analysis is from the company's Sales Manager, Fábio Marcelo Gomes. Focusing on property security, Came presents, at its stand, the new line of high-security gates, capable of holding a vehicle of up to 70 tons.

According to Gomes, the equipment, equipped with retaining pillars, also features a system embedded in the mast, making it more robust and capable of withstanding the impact of heavy vehicles. "We came to Exposec to present our high-security equipment solutions with remote activation, such as bollards (fixed and retractable pillars), road blockers (retractable barriers), and tire shredders.".

A world leader in access automation products, the company presents the new GT4, GT8, and GPX gate lines, which, in addition to their modern design, can be integrated with Came Connect, the brand's exclusive system that allows, for example, the release of entry for people and cars via mobile phone. The GT4 and GT8 gates are an evolution of previous models, which have undergone a cleaner and more robust design update, as well as technological advancements, mainly related to the electronic board, which has acquired a series of new functions.

Another brand present at Exposec, with one of the largest stands, Intelbras The company innovated in the presentation of Defense IA, its new system that manages electronic security equipment, such as smart cameras, recorders, and access controllers with facial recognition, and performs video monitoring of all connected equipment. "The platform can count people, perform facial recognition, read license plates, conduct forensic searches, and analyze behavioral intelligence," stated Jhonatan de Freitas Lang, development analyst at the company.

The new feature is present at the brand's booth, installed on a panel that simulates a monitoring room. "We understand that this is a way for visitors to visualize all our solutions and understand how they can interact to offer greater security," said Lang. "And also that it's possible for us to offer a customized project that meets the specific needs of the company.".

Video surveillance with cloud recording.

A Elsys At Exposec 2022, the company highlighted its cloud-based video surveillance recording storage service. According to Elder Moreira, the company's Product Coordinator, although not new to the sector, the company's system stands out for its low cost and efficient service. "We also offer clients the possibility of retrieving their recordings through our app.".

Moreira also highlights cameras that operate with a Wi-Fi system. "They started arriving on the market a few years ago, but now we've arrived at Exposec with more efficient ones, low cost, and advanced technology for an entry-level line.".

Furthermore, the company also presented its new CCTV (closed-circuit television) line – the FALCON, which already features ANPOE technology; new digital locks; new smart, dichroic, and filament lamps in the lighting line; the SATMAX 5 – a new digital TV receiver prepared for 5G and the KU band; and a new inverter for the solar energy market. The event also served as the stage for the official launch of Elsys' partnership with VIVO for web services, and with HIPCAM for condominium security solutions.

Already NextTech, A traditional manufacturer of telephone recording equipment, launched its video surveillance solution, NextCam VMS, at Exposec 2022. "It's a simple and efficient device for managing cameras, live video and audio recording, allowing access via network or web, and managing from one to hundreds of cameras," says Marcelo Hoff, co-owner of the company. He also points out that another differentiating factor of the company is its customized projects.

Remote gatehouses offer efficiency reports for the client.

Remote access control has been increasingly common in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings over the past two years, especially due to the mandatory social distancing caused by the pandemic. And, according to companies in the sector, it's here to stay. So much so that... Pxtalk  During Exposec 2022, the company will present its SaaS, IP PBX designed for remote and autonomous concierge operations. "The equipment offers service metrics reports, client autonomy, and video and voice recording, which optimizes service to meet the daily demands of condominiums," highlighted Gil Fortunato, the company's Commercial Director.

“Our equipment offers user-friendly and intuitive usability, which reduces the need for user training,” explains Gil. “In addition, the solution is cloud-based and can be accessed from the phone with all the information, including a complete operational report with information on call handling time, which can help in sizing the team, monitoring internet performance, everything easily accessible.”.

A Futturis The company is participating in Exposec to present its service offering to the market, featuring software entirely hosted in the cloud through a partnership with Amazon. Developed in São Lugero, Santa Catarina, the system can also be accessed intuitively through the company's app, making it easy for users to operate. "We also have a function that allows the client's technical department to perform preventative maintenance, ensuring efficient operation," explains Carlos Cândido, the company's owner.
