Focusing on digital locks and improvements to traditional products, the company strengthens its market position and responds to new consumer demands.<\/p>\n
Ana Cec\u00edlia Nogueira, Marketing Director at AGL, highlights that the company has returned its attention to the product line that marked its history: locks. \u201cEveryone knows that AGL is very well-known for its lock line, which is where we started 41 years ago. In recent years, we focused heavily on the growth of our gate motor line, where we are already the third largest manufacturer. Now we've had the breathing room to refocus on locks,\u201d she states.<\/p>\n
At the company's booth, it was possible to see this recovery up close with launches aimed at consumers seeking smart and secure solutions. "We worked hard to bring the best cost-benefit ratio to the market and make digital locks more accessible in the homes of all Brazilian citizens," explains Ana Cec\u00edlia.<\/p>\n
One of the innovations presented is the integration of technologies such as biometrics and TAGs even in conventional locks designed for metal gates. In addition to the product launches, the company sees participation in Exposec as a strategic opportunity for direct connection with the public. "Here we do several pre-launches of products we are still working on. This allows us to gather a lot of feedback from our clients, which gives us more certainty about which products to invest in," says the executive.<\/p>\n
The event also serves as a space to consolidate the brand. \u201cWe work on AGL's branding, which is known as technology that simplifies life. We manage to convey this message clearly to the client. During a visit to our booth, they understand who we are, what we offer, and where we are going,\u201d he points out.<\/p>\n
Regarding market prospects, Ana Cec\u00edlia acknowledges the challenges, but believes in creativity and innovation as paths to growth. \u201cThe market in 2025 is a bit more challenging, I think for everyone. But there's a phrase we use a lot: when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. We are betting on disruptive technologies and increasingly smart products, controlled by apps, so that customers have total control in the palm of their hand,\u201d she concludes.<\/p>\n
