The event consolidated the connection between security and new technologies, such as IoT. We were able to present security solutions that are in line with new business opportunities and that have kept pace with all the transformations in our market. This constant updating makes us proud and certainly motivates us for the great new developments planned for 2020. This year was reasonable, but I&#039;m also comparing it to 2018 when it was excellent for us.\u201d A participant in Exposec since its first edition, Condutti prepared a special welcome for its distributors. In this edition, we prepared the largest booth in our history at Exposec, where we presented all our product lines and new releases for the security segment, such as access controls and cameras, as well as the integration of these devices with Smarty, our TV streaming device. It was three days of intense interaction with clients and partners from all over Brazil, resulting in new business contacts and many deals closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Profile of contacts made (new clients, buyers from other countries\/states, visitor quality)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exposec is an opportunity for us to meet clients and business partners from all over Brazil, as well as visitors from other countries. It&#039;s an audience that seeks out new products and opportunities to obtain innovative, high-quality products, like those we showcase in our booth at the fair.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Did the event generate, or could it generate, business opportunities and\/or actual sales? Comment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We brought special conditions to Exposec 2019 because we believe this event is a great driver of business. It was also the first opportunity to present our new areas of operation to a qualified audience, initiating business contacts that will increase our sales volumes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Have the new activities for the public, such as the ABESE Connect Arena, contributed to enhancing the visitor experience? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The audience visiting the fair is looking for new products and trends, and Exposec brings together the latest innovations in the security and electronics segment. The event is a great opportunity for exchange between clients and companies, offering new experiences for visitors. That&#039;s why we&#039;ve brought new product and service launches to present to this audience. At Exposec 2019, we exceeded our expectations and broke sales records since the beginning of our participation in the fair.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Have the new activities for the public, such as the ABESE Connect Arena, contributed to enhancing the visitor experience? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Are you planning to participate in the next edition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, we will certainly see each other next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSIDE \u2013 Claudemir Hellmann, CEO&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strengthening relationships with clients and making new contacts. With this goal in mind, Inside, which has been at Exposec since 2010, had the pleasant surprise of closing deals during the fair. \u201cWe brought special sales conditions, but we know that Exposec&#039;s impact lasts for up to a year afterward,\u201d says Claudemir Hellmann, CEO of the company that until 2017 participated in conjunction with other exhibitors and two years ago opted for its own stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INTELBRAS \u2013 Henrique Fernandes \u2013 Director of the Security Unit&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the past 12 years, Intelbras has presented its largest booth at the Exposec trade show, spanning 500 m\u00b2, showcasing the launch of 130 equipment solutions in facial recognition, solar energy, wireless alarm systems, and more. According to Henrique Fernandes, director of the company&#039;s Security Unit, Exposec is an extremely important trade show for Intelbras. &quot;It&#039;s another opportunity to listen to our partners, launch products firsthand, and close deals,&quot; he says. &quot;But also, certainly, great deals were initiated at this edition of Exposec, which will generate excellent partnerships for Intelbras.&quot;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernandes also praised the initiative to create the ABESE Connect Arena. \u201cWe believe these spaces for exchanging experiences, new technologies, and knowledge, like the one offered by ABESE, are important for the sector. This integration is vital for the development of the Brazilian security market,\u201d says Fernandez, guaranteeing that he plans to participate in the 2020 edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JFL \u2013 Rodrigo Monteiro, from the sales department&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year&#039;s fair was better than last year&#039;s, exceeding expectations in terms of audience, especially on the second day. This is the opinion of Rodrigo Monteiro, from the sales department of JFL. With several new product launches, the company, which has been at Exposec for 19 years, closed sales this year. &quot;We are very focused on automation and presented new products in the segment that attracted old clients and also allowed for new contacts,&quot; said Monteiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MONI SOFTWARE \u2013 Rafael Danzi, Operations Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It met exactly what we expected. We&#039;ve been doing Exposec since 2012 and our expectations are always high. There&#039;s always an anxiety that the result will be less than we expect. It&#039;s inevitable to come with that expectation, but fortunately \u2013 and I believe this will be repeated tomorrow (May 23rd) \u2013 it was absolutely met.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We received a lot of great people, our clients, as well as many new business opportunities. I felt that the information is clearer for the audience, who are consuming information in a very intelligent way. That&#039;s really cool to see in the presentations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I feel the market evolving and a high level of conversation. The networking was gigantic. I heard about the ABESE Connect Arena, I read about it, but I didn&#039;t have the opportunity to even get close because I haven&#039;t stopped since yesterday at 1 pm. Tomorrow (23) is a quieter day, my goal is to walk around the fair a bit and I intend to pop over there to understand what it&#039;s like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SEGURPRO \u2013 Fernanda Boquilieri Facheti, Marketing Manager&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yesterday (May 21st) I found the fair a little less crowded, but today (May 22nd) it was already packed. So it&#039;s in line with what we expected. Tomorrow we expect a different kind of audience. But it&#039;s very similar to what we&#039;ve seen in other years, the same quantity and quality of attendees. Yesterday and today we had a very adequate audience. Today was fantastic. The networking has been great, which is precisely our focus at the fair.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SEVENTH \u2013 Paulo Schwochow, Director&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participating in Exposec since 2007, Seventh, a company that develops technology for image management and remote access control, considers its participation in this year&#039;s fair to be very good, according to Paulo Schwochow, the company&#039;s director. With 19 monthly monitoring contracts closed by the beginning of the third day of the event, Schwochow assures that customer participation and the prospecting of new partners exceeded expectations. &quot;We had 25 people at our booth who were assisting visitors the entire time.&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the executive, the creation of the ABESE Connect Arena, with the participation of higher education institutions and startups with projects that envision the future of the electronic security sector, completes the fair, which focuses on technological innovations and product launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WDC \u2013 J\u00fanior Carrara, Sales and Marketing Director (<em>sent by the press office<\/em>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. How does the company rate Exposec 2019?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exposec has been getting better and better for WDC. In 2019, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the audience. We noticed that medium and large-sized integrators who didn&#039;t usually attend the fair started to come, and we also saw a large presence of end customers. Truly an increasingly qualified audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Profile of contacts made (new clients, buyers from other countries\/states, visitor quality).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We had the opportunity to reconnect with traditional WDC clients and also welcomed many new clients from all regions of Brazil to our space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Did the event generate, or could it generate, business opportunities and\/or actual sales? Comment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Because we serve several regional distributors, we had the opportunity to generate and close deals during the trade show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don&#039;t have the final number yet, but in my last check we had already surpassed R$2M in closed sales within our space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Have the new activities for the public, such as the ABESE Connect Arena, contributed to enhancing the visitor experience? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don&#039;t know how to evaluate it.
