Archia, arm of Datora Group, announced the expansion of its connectivity portfolio with roaming National and the launch of NB-IoT technology. Created in 2011, this division of the company is present at the 24th Exposec – International Security Fair, from June 13th to 15th, this Thursday, to talk about this new product.
The trade show is taking place in São Paulo, and the company is present to showcase its new products to current and potential customers.
In a press release, the company highlights that with the expansion of national roaming, Arqia will have the most complete portfolio on the market to offer its clients. The product covers the entire national territory and can be managed through Arqia's connectivity platform.
“We offer the largest and best M2M/IoT connectivity coverage, as we provide all the networks available on the market on a single platform. This creates new opportunities for our clients, since they can offer their services in locations with different network options,” says Eduardo Resende, Commercial and Business Support Director of the Datora Group.

NB-IoT allows for connecting a larger number of devices with low data consumption. Its main applications include the smart city and agribusiness sectors.
Classified as LPWA (Low Power Wide Area), the technology uses a 4G transmission frequency, but with low data traffic. In other words, it improves the delivery of information at a faster speed.
Arqia's NB-IoT coverage is entering the market in a robust manner. The solution will be present in more than three thousand Brazilian municipalities, including all state capitals.
According to Eduardo, the security sector, which is the focus of Exposec, is one of those that will benefit from the expansion of national roaming offered by Arqia.
“Just like the tracking or financial niche, for example, security needs to be connected all the time, because devices need to communicate to prevent risks and act more assertively in solving any problems. These products allow for greater coverage for our clients' businesses,” explains the director.
According to Resende, the Group has a booth at the fair to present this and other connectivity solutions to diverse audiences and sectors.
