Nice, an Italian multinational company and a leader in the home automation and security sector, is launching its high-end gate line: M-Bar. The product is manufactured with carefully selected materials that offer greater convenience and security to users and will be one of Nice's highlights at the 22nd Exposec (International Security Fair).
“The M-BAR is a premium product that meets a need in the sector for high-standard gates,” says David Girelli, Marketing Manager at Nice in Brazil. “With this product, Nice expects to boost sales of its gate line from 25% to 30% and also develop the segment because the product is very robust, high-quality and high-performance, superior to the gates currently offered on the market,” he adds.
The M-Bar is an electromechanical barrier system for road access control. Used for vehicle control in commercial establishments or condominiums, the product combines quality and power. It has a fast opening time (1.5 to 3 seconds), an intense operating cycle, and a durability of more than 2 million cycles without maintenance.

Distribution and differentiators
The product is imported and manufactured in Italy. It will be resold throughout Brazil, among Nice's more than 400 distributors and integrators. Key features include integrated indicator lights and an elliptical bar design that offers high wind resistance. It also features energy efficiency thanks to its standby mode. Furthermore, the M-Bar has a steel casing with anti-corrosion treatment and electrostatic paint, or an option in stainless steel. The photocell can be mounted integrated inside the casing.
Nice at Exposec
Exposec is in its 22nd edition, and Nice is once again one of the main exhibitors at the event. Nice recognizes the growth of the fair and its importance to the sector. The company has a history of participating in every edition of Exposec, the leading international event in the technology and security segment.
In 2019, Nice's booth is grand and features significant unique elements, including the M-Bar. The company showcases the connection between its segments and products. Furthermore, it dedicates ample space to the installer and distributor experience with the brand.
Approximately 1,500 people visited the Nice booth in 2018. The expectation is that this number will increase by 30% in 2019 and, consequently, generate new business, relationships, and increase sales for the company, which is a world leader and benchmark in the home automation and security segment.
