Innovative solutions focused on the Brazilian market seek to reduce losses exceeding R$1 billion annually due to crimes in the transportation sector.
Companies participating in the 26th edition of Exposec – International Security Technology Fair – organized by Fiera Milano Brasil and held by ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), are launching products and solutions developed to address two of the country's biggest logistical challenges: vehicle and cargo theft. The event's main focus is the convergence between security, technology, and connectivity. Many of these innovations were designed specifically for the characteristics of the national market, marked by high crime rates and the frequent use of signal jammers.
According to data from the National Association of Cargo Transportation and Logistics (NTC & Logística), losses from cargo theft in Brazil exceeded R$1.2 billion in 2023. The Southeast region accounted for 83.6% of the occurrences, with São Paulo (45.8%) and Rio de Janeiro (25%) standing out. In February 2025, the state of Rio registered an increase of 99% in cargo theft cases compared to the same month of the previous year, according to the Rio de Janeiro Public Security Institute (ISP-RJ).
Solutions designed for Brazil
Queclink is one of the highlights of the event, with vehicle and cargo tracking and recovery solutions developed with a focus on redundancy and resistance to interference. Among the devices presented is the TRX-16, which offers precise location, remote engine immobilizer, LTE Cat 1 communication, SMS command sending, intelligent alerts, and detailed route history. “We can offer clients an integrated software and hardware system. Furthermore, there is a demand for secure connectivity and efficient after-sales service,” says Eduardo Resende, marketing director at Arquia.
Fulltime is showcasing its F/Work platform at Exposec, which goes beyond time tracking by incorporating checklists., macros and real-time communication. The company also highlights F/Fleet, a complete solution for managing fuel, tires, inventory, and documents, as well as F/Mobile, now with live video telemetry.
With national technology and international production, Getrak emphasizes that its products are designed exclusively for the Brazilian market. “Although manufacturing takes place in China, the entire design process is done in Brazil, focusing on our needs,” states Pedro Costa, the brand's marketing manager. He notes that, unlike more developed countries where vehicles already come from the factory with tracking devices, in Brazil this is still uncommon due to the cost.
During the event, the company will launch GTK On 4G and present new features on the Getrak Platform, such as the new Inventory Management and Financial Dashboard modules.
Connectivity and resilience for remote areas.
BWS IoT launches its new NB2+LoRa hybrid line, featuring redundant communication, low power consumption, long battery life, and interference resistance — ideal for operations in remote areas or those subject to jamming devices. According to the company, this solution represents a significant advancement in IoT connectivity applied to asset recovery and monitoring.
Among the new products, Install Tracker Store showcases AirTag-based tracking devices, a 24-hour call center, new hardware with embedded telemetry, monitoring software with a modern interface, and an updated line of immobilizers and anti-theft devices. The solutions cater to tracking companies, rental companies, transport companies, automotive retail, and M2M operations, focusing on efficiency and security.
British company Eseye presents Global AnyNet, a connectivity platform present in 190 countries. According to the company, the solution ensures the continuous operation of systems installed in truck fleets. “During periods of inactivity, the devices automatically switch networks to find the best signal. This allows for 95% of active time, with a reduction of 80% in unplanned stops,” explains Ana Carolina Bussab, CEO of the company in Brazil.
Video telemetry and AI gain traction in tracking.
V3, a company specializing in fleet management, presents a complete video telemetry solution aimed at tracking companies, with real-time data collection, detailed analysis, and operation on a single platform. whitelabel. The cameras promise high performance with cost savings, while the platform offers visual customization, API integration, mobile access, and secure history storage.
Vtraxx, which is launching its new visual identity during the fair, highlights the evolution of Opentraxx — a platform all-in-one which integrates Artificial Intelligence for image analysis into MDVR devices, focusing on embedded security. The company also announces a partnership with the German bank Grenke, offering financing plans between 24 and 36 months, facilitating access to the technologies.
Brazilian technology as a strategic differentiator
Virtueyes reinforces the importance of local development as a competitive advantage. “Our products are tailor-made for the challenges faced by our clients. That's why we invest in our own technology, developed here in Brazil,” says Israel Peixoto, the company's CTO.
Among Virtueyes' highlights are the NEO Claro and NEO Multi chips, which automatically switch between operators according to signal frequency, as well as the real-time device management platform, Virtueyes V.Eye.
