Positivo Tecnologia consolidates its business diversification strategy with the start of operations in a segment that grows approximately 15% annually and generates R$ 11 billion.
A Positive Technology announces another business front focused on B2B market. The company launches PositiveSEG, a business unit focused on automation and electronic security with solutions for companies, schools, condominiums and residences throughout Brazil. The new venture emerges with a portfolio that includes Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) devices, cameras, recorders and video monitoring systems, alarm panels and intrusion detection sensors, network and connectivity options such as routers and switches, as well as accessories that complement these categories.
Technological pioneering
In 2019, the company brought to Brazilians a solutions platform that became a benchmark in the market for democratizing and facilitating the installation of smart home devices in the country. Positivo Casa Inteligente was a pioneer in the national market, allowing Positivo Tecnologia to deepen its knowledge in the segment of... Internet of Things (IoT) and be one of the pillars of the Company's capacity to create PositivoSEG with excellence. Added to this factor is the national reach of technical assistance, the five factories in Brazil, the business footprint, the performance of the Procurement Area, in addition to the technological engineering skills of Positivo Tecnologia.
The launch of PositivoSEG aligns with Positivo Tecnologia's diversification strategy. The company has consistently expanded its operations in the corporate market and accelerated the development of new business avenues, known as "Growth Avenues." With PositivoSEG, Positivo Tecnologia begins operating in a segment that stands out for its market opportunities.
According to Abese (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), this sector grows by an average of 15% per year and generates around R$ 11 billion in Brazil. “We are entering the automation and electronic security segment very well-structured and with the conditions to become a truly major player. The market is extremely opportune and is advancing at high levels. Furthermore, we have the necessary experience to deliver real value to our partners and clients with extremely reliable technological solutions and effective sales support initiatives,” says Helio Bruck Rotenberg, president of Positivo Tecnologia. “We spent two years deeply studying the electronic security segment. We understood how it is organized, the personas, the decision-making process, as well as the potential and needs. We combined these elements with the Company's other capabilities and developed a great business to revolutionize the market,” adds Rotenberg.
Relationship
Among the objectives of the new Positivo Tecnologia unit are closer relationships with resellers, installers, and integrators in the segment to mutually enhance business. PositivoSEG debuts as one of the only automation platforms and electronic security to have a relationship program with sales channels for these types of products in Brazil. The actions include training and certification programs, incentive programs, reward offers, as well as support for projects from pre-sales to post-sales.
Participation consists of a series of commitments that, when achieved, generate benefits such as discounts on product categories and technical training. “Our relationship program with sales channels starts robust and consistent. It aims to expand business opportunities for resellers, installers, integrators, and monitoring companies with well-established benefit plans and commitments. The official announcement of PositivoSEG took place at Exposec 2023, the Latin American security trade show, which ends today at São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo (SP). Companies, schools, condominiums and residences will be able to purchase PositivoSEG products through resellers, installers, integrators and monitoring companies throughout the country.
