Solutions presented at EXPOSEC 2026 show how cloud computing, intelligent connectivity, and real-time monitoring are redefining the industry.
The integration of electronic security, connectivity, and digital protection will be one of the main themes of EXPOSEC 2026, the largest international security technology fair in Latin America, which takes place between June 1st and 3rd, Monday to Wednesday, at São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo.
Driven by advancements in the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, operational intelligence, and remote monitoring, the sector is experiencing a new phase where security operations increasingly depend on connected environments, real-time management, and protection against digital threats.
According to Rocco Bruno, Regional Business Development Manager at Positive Technologies, physical security and cybersecurity have become inseparable.
“"Access control systems, surveillance cameras, facial recognition, and license plate reading operate on connected networks and are exposed to the same attack vectors as any digital environment," says the executive.
According to him, the accelerated growth of digitalization in Brazil has also increased the risks related to data exposure and vulnerabilities in connected devices.
“It is no longer possible to talk about electronic security without addressing cybersecurity in an integrated way. The future demands projects structured from the outset with the principles of Security by Design and Zero Trust,” emphasizes Rocco Bruno.
During EXPOSEC 2026, Positive Technologies will present solutions focused on detecting network attacks, managing vulnerabilities, industrial security, and protecting critical applications, as well as specialized services in penetration testing and assessing the compromise of corporate environments.
Intelligent connectivity also emerges as one of the pillars of the evolution of integrated security. Arqia will bring to the fair solutions focused on IoT connectivity, tracking, remote monitoring, and management of critical operations, in a scenario where connection failures can directly compromise the operation of security systems.
According to the company, the advancement of digitalization has transformed equipment such as cameras, sensors, alarms, dashcams, and trackers into permanently connected devices, requiring stability, redundancy, and continuous network monitoring.
“"Today, cameras, alarms, trackers, sensors, dashcams, and monitoring platforms need to operate in an integrated, continuous, and highly available manner. A connection failure can compromise monitoring, interrupt an operation, or generate financial and operational impacts," the company states.
Among the highlights presented by Arqia at EXPOSEC are IoT solutions and single and multi-operator broadband, satellite connectivity with Starlink, private networks, and the Kheiron platform, focused on the intelligent management of connected devices.
The company will also showcase devices for real-time tracking and monitoring, including trackers geared towards logistics and fleet management, as well as connected dashcams for operational safety applications.

According to Rafael Pinheiro, Director of Products for Service Providers at TOTVS, the sector still has ample room for technological evolution.
“The current challenge is not just adopting technology, but internalizing it strategically. In the security and facilities sector, this translates into strict control over contracts, management of field teams, and real-time operational monitoring,” he says.
