During the 2025 edition of Exposec, one of the largest electronic security fairs in Latin America, the Seventh, Intelbras Group, a company specializing in monitoring and access control solutions, presented new products focused on artificial intelligence applied to condominium management. The objective: to facilitate operations, improve usability, and strengthen the relationship between building managers, residents, and service providers.
“We invested a lot of time in understanding the needs of both our service providers and end users,” said Erico Kapell, Head of Seventh. According to him, the development of the new solutions stemmed from active and collaborative listening with partners. “AI is a nice word, but what matters is how it is applied. We conducted an in-depth analysis with our clients to understand what could make their lives easier and generate practical results.”
Among the solutions showcased at the fair, the systems based on artificial intelligence that automate processes such as visitor entry and delivery reception stand out. These systems operate via voice commands, recognize requests, open smart lockers, connect directly to apartments, or grant access to pre-registered entrances. "It's a more humanized AI, which understands what the user asks for and responds with a concrete action, without the need for direct human interaction," explained Kapell.
Seventh has also been investing in improvements to communication flows within condominiums, with applications that integrate residents, building managers, and service providers. The focus is on the perception of quality and customer loyalty. "Our goal is to help our clients operate better, which naturally improves the resident experience and strengthens the relationship of trust," he emphasized.
Regarding participation in Exposec, Kapell considers the event a strategic point on the company's calendar. “It’s a moment of celebration and reconnection with clients from all over Brazil. But it’s also a great business opportunity. The fair provides security to our partners by showing that they are dealing with a consolidated company, with a good team and good solutions.”
Present at Exposec for the sixth consecutive year, Seventh expects to continue the growth rate observed in previous editions. "We hope to maintain our level of success, strengthen ties with existing clients, and open new opportunities for the coming months. The fair provides a concrete and measurable return for our team," concluded the executive.
