At Exposec 2022 – International Security Fair, taking place from June 7th to 9th at São Paulo Expo, visitors will be able to see automotive cameras that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to monitor both the exterior and interior of the vehicle, ensuring safety for all occupants. Vehicle tracking and protection devices will also be highlighted among the 800 exhibiting brands at the fair.
Fiera Milano Brasil, organizer of Exposec in partnership with ABESE – Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies, expects to attract 45,000 professionals from the sector seeking new solutions in fleet management, remote access control, monitoring systems, security cameras, access controls, and other technologies in products and services that drive this market in Brazil.

A Jimi IoT Brazil At Exposec 2022, the company will launch the JC450 camera. This is a fatigue sensor that detects signs of driver tiredness, as well as distractions (cell phone use, smoking, etc.), which are highly dangerous and can cause serious accidents. The camera also features ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) technology, a lane sensor that identifies risks to the driver that could cause accidents, such as collision risks with the vehicle ahead, pedestrian or two-wheeled vehicle alerts ahead, lane departure warnings, and detection of the car ahead when it starts to move.

This means that when the 2G network is shut down in the country, fleet managers will not need to replace their equipment, as they will have suitable and fully connected trackers for the new reality.

Named IRIS Central, the solution can be categorized as a Video Management System (VMS), but it goes far beyond a conventional VMS, as its specific characteristics and functionalities transform it into an efficient tool for camera management, access control, automation, and video analytics (VCA). Tracking on the rise
In Brazil, approximately one car is stolen or robbed every minute – according to the latest Brazilian public security yearbook. Tracking is considered one of the most promising segments of electronic security and can be crucial in recovering stolen vehicles before they disappear into illegal dismantling yards.
Technology also allows for tracking the vehicle's trajectory to analyze statistics related to its use, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, accident events, non-conformities, and usage patterns.
The ABESE overview showed that the tracking market currently serves more than 2.5 million vehicles in the country, representing less than 5% of the Brazilian fleet, indicating potential for future growth. The sector is composed of more than 2,000 tracking companies in Brazil that together generate more than 29,000 direct jobs.
