SÃO PAULO – With a solid base of over 5,000 clients served worldwide, the Field Control The company concluded its participation in Exposec 2026, consolidating its position as the leading reference in innovation for field service management (FSM). In its third consecutive participation in the event, the company recorded a significant leap in commercial indicators, driven by the pioneering launch of conversational Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the daily routines of service providers and installers.

The final results of the event exceeded the most optimistic projections of the board. “The most interesting fact about 2026 is that we are engaging with an increasingly well-informed target audience. The mature client can see immediate value in a platform that prioritizes operational rigor and organization,” reveals Raphael Bernardes, Commercial Director and Partner at Field Control.

Technological Pioneering and Operational Support

The major differentiator brought by the brand to the pavilion was the consolidation of Field Control as the first FSM in the global market to natively integrate ChatGPT. While artificial intelligence solutions already exist in the sector, the direct integration with OpenAI technology was designed to provide unprecedented and extreme agility to managers of electronic security, alarm monitoring, CCTV, and access control companies, who manage from three or four external teams.

According to Bernardes, the platform solves one of the biggest pain points in the sector: the lack of visibility into the technician's daily work in the field. "The manager gains real-time access to what the employee is doing. With this, they can identify production bottlenecks, better support the technician in the field, and drastically raise the standard of service to the end consumer," explains the executive.

Artificial Intelligence and the Human Factor in the New Era of Management
Given the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence and its increasing adoption by companies, Field Control positions itself as a facilitator of digital transformation, using technology to increase productivity, support decision-making, and enhance the performance of field teams.

“Artificial Intelligence generates an initial fear of the unknown, but it has come to refine the market,” argues the Commercial Director. According to him, the technology allows “a good technician to become a great technician” and allows service providers to earn more money by delivering a service based on respect, transparency, and security. “The role of the software is to enhance the human side so that it goes hand in hand with technology, allowing the manager to act as a better leader.”

According to Bernardes, AI does not replace the experience and knowledge of professionals, but rather expands their capacity to act by transforming operational data into strategic information. With greater visibility, agility, and intelligence in management, service companies can improve the quality of their deliverables, optimize resources, and create more efficient operations better prepared for the challenges of the future.

Expansion Confirmed for 2027

With its commercial and strategic objectives surpassed throughout the three days of the event, Field Control began planning its participation in the next edition even during the closing of the fair. "The outcome exceeded all our expectations. We will certainly be back at Exposec 2027."“
