Visitors to the booth of SegurPro, At Exposec, attendees were able to learn more about the sophisticated technology-based solutions for property security. These ranged from drone monitoring with data analysis and remote control centers to the use of artificial intelligence to aid decision-making and the Internet of Things.
The Director of Innovation and Technology, Regis Noronha, explained that today one of the fundamental principles on which... SegurPro The company's focus has been precisely on technology, incorporating innovation and developing hybrid solutions for clients.
“We have a strong hybrid security strategy. The hybrid aspect comes from combining physical security surveillance with all the on-site services, where the human factor is still very important, but incorporating all the technological advantages for this new type of security guard,” he states.
According to Noronha, the idea is to enhance the security guard's service. “We hope to mitigate risks by transferring some activities, often where technology performs the role better than the security guard themselves. In this context, there are several things. At the booth, for example, we don't have security cameras, but we are being monitored through our SPIA equipment, which can have one, two, three, or 50 points simultaneously,” he explains.
The SPIA, presented at Exposec by the company, offers customized services according to the client's needs, such as: concierge, surveillance, and user support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This innovation allows a professional located at the SegurPro Control Center (SOC) in São Paulo to interact with and remotely control the client's entire space in real time. The SPIA also acts as a deterrent due to its imposing presence and technological resources, such as strobe lights, sirens, and loudspeakers.
Another highlight of the SegurPro booth is the drone, which provides monitoring and access to large or hard-to-reach areas and is compatible with a wide range of peripherals such as thermal cameras, radars, speakers, and sensors.
