TP-Link launches professional CCTV line and highlights cloud integration at Exposec 2025.

During Exposec 2025, TP-Link Sistemas do Brasil presented its newest investment in the electronic security segment: the VIGI Insight Series, aimed at the professional CCTV market. With cameras ranging from 2 to 8 megapixels, the new series features advanced video analytics capabilities. The key differentiator, according to the company, lies in the integration of these solutions with its already established corporate network line, through the new Omada Central, a cloud-based management platform.

“The real icing on the cake is our software, Omada Central, which will integrate all our professional networking solutions with our professional CCTV solutions. Everything on a single platform, via the cloud, making management and configuration easier,” explained Recieire Piovezan, commercial manager at TP-Link.

The company, which already operated with the VIGI entry-level line, took advantage of the largest electronic security fair in Latin America to officially enter the high-performance solutions segment. The brand sees its participation in Exposec as strategic for publicizing its new products and strengthening its presence in the sector. "We know this is the big event of the year to present innovations. It's the ideal place to launch products and consolidate our position," stated Piovezan.

With a presence at international events, TP-Link is reinforcing its commitment to the Brazilian market with a new manufacturing center scheduled to begin operations in the next two months. “We will inaugurate our factory in Joinville, SC, with approximately 600 new employees. The idea is to start by producing network solutions, and in the future also CCTV. TP-Link is looking at Brazil favorably, with great growth potential in the electronic security market,” the executive highlighted.

The group's internal brands help differentiate its areas of focus: VIGI for electronic security, Tapo for residential solutions and automation, and Omada for corporate networks. The goal is to offer a complete ecosystem, with in-house engineering and national manufacturing. "We are the manufacturers ourselves. All the technology and engineering are ours, and every two or three months we will have new product launches," concluded Piovezan.
