Brazilian Security – 05/05/2016
Criminal activity lasts approximately 3 minutes and requires an immediate response. Bycon will be showcasing Fog Generators at the trade show – non-lethal and intelligent electronic devices.
What cannot be seen cannot be stolen. During Exposec 2016, the main technological showcase in Latin America for the security sector, which will take place between May 10th and 12th in São Paulo, Bycon will demonstrate the use of Fog Systems – one of the most modern and intelligent security solutions on the market, which surprises criminals with a dense and immediate visual barrier.
With access to studies obtained through observation of these situations, Bycon noted that most thefts take less than 3 minutes, while the time required for the police to arrive after an alarm is triggered is 15 minutes on average. Therefore, it is essential to react to potential robberies and thefts within the first few minutes.
The Fog Generators presented during the 19th edition of the fair feature technology from the Italian company UR Fog, which guarantees a much denser fog and faster firing thanks to the double cylinder and patented firing system, which is easy to change and for single use.
The density of UR Fog mist is unmatched by other existing systems due to the fact that the fluid has a low percentage of water in its formula, less than half that used by competitors. This ensures a denser mist that lasts much longer.
These devices are recommended for banks, ATMs, and jewelry stores, and, contrary to what one might imagine, leave no residue or dust after use. Rigorous testing and certification processes guarantee a product that is non-toxic to people and animals. In other words, access for people and customers is permitted after use.
Launch: FLEX, an innovative system with a battery for autonomous protection.
The FLEX – Fog System is a complete battery-operated machine that can function for months without being plugged into a power source and guarantees more than 6 minutes of dense fog emission in scenarios without electricity, such as trucks, construction sites, warehouses, or integrated into the interior of safes.
The FLEX system can also be activated in armored vehicles, in anti-theft mode, and in boats when in anti-intrusion mode, through interconnection with an auxiliary battery, alarm, access control, or perimeter protection. The device is recommended for preventing attacks or displacement of ATMs.
The system uses an 85Ah battery, but for longer sessions, a higher-capacity battery can be used. The alarm is programmable and activated in seconds. The device is compatible with any alarm or access control system, and when the machine is not in use, power consumption is very low.
