janeiro 24, 2019 Press Release 2019

Integration of the system with business strategy will be one of the highlights of the 22nd edition of Exposec 2019

São Paulo, January 2019 – The efficiency of the UAVs (Unmanned aircraft systems) or drones, as they are popularly known, is already widely recognized in corporate security strategy. During the Exposec 2019 – International Security Fair, will be presented the news and the technological evolution of these equipment at Arena Drone, where interested parties will be able to participate in the Drone Experience in which they will have the opportunity to fly several professional models free of charge and attend exhibitors demonstrations during the three days of exhibition.

According to an FAA survey (Federal Aviation Administration), of the United States, by 2020 there will be about 7 million drones in the air worldwide. In Brazil, it is estimated that there are currently more than 100,000 drones in operation, with at least 12,000 people using this equipment to provide services, according to data from ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency).

ANAC currently has 60,000 drones, 20,000 of which are equipment and almost 3,000 CNPJs of companies/institutions for commercial applications. The sector employs thousands of people and in 2018 moved more than $ 300 million.

With more and more refined systems and high-quality images, the drones can make a difference in the property security monitoring. Better known in the professional sector as RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System or remotely piloted aircraft system), they have applications mainly in the monitoring of large areas.

It is a useful equipment, for example, to monitor security in rural and industrial areas. In these places, the operation by land demands a lot of time, long displacements and the involvement of many professionals. With the drone, the images are transmitted in real time to a monitoring center and it is possible to refer the team face-to-face, in soil, only in occurrences that require intervention.

Diversified programming

Exposec 2019 will still maintain an intense agenda of congresses and side events. Among them stand out the Exposhow, where exhibitors present their innovations in products and services; the Island of Startups ABESE, where companies in the initial phase can show innovative potential solutions for the electronic security market and São Paulo Intelligent Island, which will house a reproduction of the revolutionary preventive security project being implemented in the region of Hospital das Clínicas, in the state capital.

There is also the 2nd Congress ESS – Hospitality Security, aimed at professionals who want to update on safety in hospitals, malls, hotels, parks, concert halls, arenas and others. It will bring together the best specialists in the subject and will bring success cases; and the 1st Congress of Condos Securitythat will offer important content of experts of the subject.

Promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), Exposec strengthens with each edition. In 2018, the fair attracted 45 thousand professionals from the sector, compared to 42 thousand the previous year. The expectation for the 22nd edition is of an even greater public, which will bring news of more than 800 brands in 40 thousand square meters of exhibition area.

janeiro 24, 2019 Press Release 2019

Technologies from the company are highligthed at Exposec, that happens from May 21 to 23, in São Paulo.

São Paulo, January of 2019 – Leaving the house empty during trips, mainly in the vacations period, is a big worry. According to data from the Public Security Secretariat of São Paulo (SSP/SP), organized gangs attack a residence at each three days. Therefore, to enjoy vacations and travel with ease, some preventive measures can be taken to increase the safety of empty houses.

During the Exposec – International Safety Fair, that comes to its 22ndedition in 2019, the visitors can know many technologies from Nice, that turn the residences on more safety and connected places. The fair is organized by Cipa Fiera Milano, and happens from May 21 to 23.

1) Residential Alarm

Modern and affordable, residential alarms are imperative for those looking for more security for the residence. With this system, the risk of theft decreases, since in cases of suspected situations, the alarm fires and emits a loud sound. Currently, there are several types of alarms available in the market, the most modern being connected to the network/Wi-fi and sending notifications through a mobile application, such as Cloud Alarm from Nice.  Besides the alarm function, this safety system also enables the residential automation to turn on and off equipment, as the house entrance light, the electrical fence, the gate automation, heat pool or household appliance. All can be done both through the conventional remote control and by the cellphone app, that is easy and intuitive to use.

2) Electronic gates

In the last years, the increase of burglaries during the entry and exit from home with the car, made that the electronic gates stopping to be optional items and become to be indispensable items for anyone looking for more security at home. However, the thieves created new forms to break and damage these equipment. Because of that, the safety market developed some products and devices to difficult the action of invaders.  Developed by Nice, the automation line of gates Hi-Speed from Nice guarantee the closure of the gate in only 4 seconds, diminishing the wait time to enter and leave the house.

3) Infrared Sensors

The IVA sensors (Active Infrared) are excellent for owners of properties that are worried about aesthetics, once there are no apparent wires.  These devices are installed with an alarm system and, when activated, they create a virtual infrared barrier and they turn on in case of invasion detection. The IVA sensors of Nice can also be used in conjunction with the electrical fence.

4) Electrifiers of Electric Fence

Button-operated or remote-controlled, the electric fence electrifiers are considered an effective, cost-effective solution. This type of equipment can also be installed with a siren that goes on when detecting a new invasion attempt,  plus a dialer, which allows dialing to a pre-programmed phone number in case of an intruder detection.

São Paulo, January of 2019 – Thinking about guaranteeing the safety during the entrance and exit of the house, one of the moments when people are more vulnerable to the action of thieves, Nice Brasil bring to the market, the family of automation of high velocity, the Hi-Speed from Nice, with versions of products for the most diverse applications in residences and even in industries.

The products will be exhibited at Exposec – International Safety Fair, that arrives to its 22ndedition in 2019. The fair is organized by Cipa Fiera Milano, and happens from May 21 to 23 at São Paulo Expo.

In the Hi-Speed family, Nice is launching the HSC version, developed to meet the applications that require a bigger cycle of operation and durability of the product, characteristics required mainly in condominiums, that is why there is the acronym HSC that means Hi-Speed & Cycle, and it is already available in the market, the new automation for swing gates, Ultra i-HSC that closes the gate in only 4 seconds and counts with the technology of the new inverter Sprint 3F.

In accordance with the marketing manager of Nice Brasil, David Girelli, the Hi-Speed line comes to complement the portfolio of Nice in Brazil and fills a blank in the market that was seeking for trustworthy products, with mechanical power and high velocity in opening and closing. The Hi-Speed line is an excellent option for condominiums and areas with high traffic. “With the Sprint 3F inverter technology, the electronic gates got smarter and faster than ever, providing more security with shorter standby times”, he explained.

The Ultra i-HSC is the first product of the high-speed family with the intelligent inverter and has several features such as electronic brake, photocell closing, pushbutton configuration that only opens and closes, partial opening and closing function (interlocking). The soft closure of the tilting gates and the configuration for anti-smash system also guarantee the safety of children and pets.

“We apply the most modern and reliable things available in the world in terms of high-performance industrial inverter technology”, explains Eduardo Bueno P&D manager at Nice Brasil. The Hi-Speed line of automation systems has both inverter and non-inverter versions depending on the application requirements and installation characteristics.

In addition to the simplicity of configuration, the Sprint 3F inverter has automatic learning of the opening and closing direction of the motor and limit switch – without the need to reverse wires, memory compatible with the current Peccinin switches and configurable function for use in opening gates outside or inside, in compliance with the municipal legislation of São Paulo.

Other differentials of the invereter Sprint 3F from Nice are the automatic selection of tension (127/220V), robustness through the use of power modules instead of discrete components, detachable terminals that facilitate the installation, auxiliary relay, automatic temperature protection, surge protection at the inputs of the button/photocell, power section insulation and control, protection of speed, adjustable anti-squeeze and the possibility of recording remote control buttons in the modes only opens/only closes/only for partial opening.

With storage of up to 250 remote controls, the new automation Ultra i-HSC is the ideal solution for condominiums and residences that were looking for velocity, but do not give up on having security, reliability and intelligence.

A new line of Nice alarms that allow the user to monitor their properties in a remotable way and even activate a simple coffee machine through the app

São Paulo, January of 2019 – The visitors of the next Exposec – International Safety Fair, that in 2019 comes to its 22ndedition, will find news as the Cloud Alarm Ethernet/Wi-fi from Nice, an integrated alarm and automation system through app in the cloud, that allows the user to command and receive all the events of the alarm system in real time in the cellphone screen.

During the event, promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano from May 21 to 23, it will be possible to prove the simplicity in the installation and configuration, that is a differential in the product developed by Nice Brasil. For the brand history, the technology presented at the Cloud Alarm Ethernet/Wi-fi is an evolution jump that represents how much the company is engaged to innovate and present new products with high technology.

There will be three models in the device: Cloud 6 and Cloud 10 with commands through the telephone line and the Cloud 10 E/W with Ethernet and Wi-fi communication, that allows the access through the app. The big difference of this product is in its simplicity of configuration, customization and use of the system, since Nice developed a specific app for the installation that allowed to eliminate all the complexity of the configuration and even add resources to the product.

The user app has the possibility of customizations in the systems, as nominating alarm zones, add new users and name activated devices through the PGM ends. The house owner can manage the other users and the passwords through the app and also has other functions as the panic activation, total or partial arm/disarm (just one area of the house) of the alarm, besides verifying the alarm status, battery level and history of events generated in real time.

The only with Ethernet and Wi-fi communication in the same product, the alarms of the Cloud family from Nice, were conceived in the modularity concept, that enables the application of this product in different locations, since small residences to medium size companies.  With the biggest capacity of wireless sensors of the category, the Cloud alarm can also monitor up to 20 zones (environments) using sensors with or without wires and the expansion module of zones  can command up to 9 devices with the expansion module of PGM.

“The alarm line Cloud was developed in the philosophy Nice, to simplify the movements of the everyday routine of the user and ease the work of installing professionals, with intelligent, practical solutions, that guarantee the best functioning of the product”, explains David Girelli, marketing manager of Nice.

The Cloud Alarm of Nice is available in the network of Nice distributors of electronic safety in all the country.

In Brazil, Nice has units in Limeira (SP), Santa Rita do Sapucaí (MG) and São Caetano do Sul (SP), being acknowledged in the market by its leadership in solutions for control of access and gates automation.
