Arena Drone will show the application of the equipment in property security
Integration of the system with business strategy will be one of the highlights of the 22nd edition of Exposec 2019
São Paulo, January 2019 – The efficiency of the UAVs (Unmanned aircraft systems) or drones, as they are popularly known, is already widely recognized in corporate security strategy. During the Exposec 2019 – International Security Fair, will be presented the news and the technological evolution of these equipment at Arena Drone, where interested parties will be able to participate in the Drone Experience in which they will have the opportunity to fly several professional models free of charge and attend exhibitors demonstrations during the three days of exhibition.
According to an FAA survey (Federal Aviation Administration), of the United States, by 2020 there will be about 7 million drones in the air worldwide. In Brazil, it is estimated that there are currently more than 100,000 drones in operation, with at least 12,000 people using this equipment to provide services, according to data from ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency).
ANAC currently has 60,000 drones, 20,000 of which are equipment and almost 3,000 CNPJs of companies/institutions for commercial applications. The sector employs thousands of people and in 2018 moved more than $ 300 million.
With more and more refined systems and high-quality images, the drones can make a difference in the property security monitoring. Better known in the professional sector as RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System or remotely piloted aircraft system), they have applications mainly in the monitoring of large areas.
It is a useful equipment, for example, to monitor security in rural and industrial areas. In these places, the operation by land demands a lot of time, long displacements and the involvement of many professionals. With the drone, the images are transmitted in real time to a monitoring center and it is possible to refer the team face-to-face, in soil, only in occurrences that require intervention.
Diversified programming
Exposec 2019 will still maintain an intense agenda of congresses and side events. Among them stand out the Exposhow, where exhibitors present their innovations in products and services; the Island of Startups ABESE, where companies in the initial phase can show innovative potential solutions for the electronic security market and São Paulo Intelligent Island, which will house a reproduction of the revolutionary preventive security project being implemented in the region of Hospital das Clínicas, in the state capital.
There is also the 2nd Congress ESS – Hospitality Security, aimed at professionals who want to update on safety in hospitals, malls, hotels, parks, concert halls, arenas and others. It will bring together the best specialists in the subject and will bring success cases; and the 1st Congress of Condos Securitythat will offer important content of experts of the subject.
Promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with ABESE (Brazilian Association of Electronic Security Systems Companies), Exposec strengthens with each edition. In 2018, the fair attracted 45 thousand professionals from the sector, compared to 42 thousand the previous year. The expectation for the 22nd edition is of an even greater public, which will bring news of more than 800 brands in 40 thousand square meters of exhibition area.
